FAQ
Employment does not appear in LB Phone
Confirm lb-phone is started and that web/build/index.html and web/build/icon.svg exist in nurio-multijob. Check the client console for phone app was refused. Avoid another app using nurio_multijob.
Config.App.defaultApp = false removes the default-install flag; it is not a registration-disable setting. The resource retries when LB Phone starts later.
The app draws over the game or fails to load
The resource's own ui_page must point to web/blank.html, while LB Phone loads the visible web/build/index.html. Confirm the blank file is present and transparent. See Resource files for an example.
A job is missing or cannot be switched to
Check that the job and grade exist in the framework and that the character actually holds the saved job. Config.Blacklist excludes selected jobs; the off-duty job is not a saved employment role. For ESX imports, also check the validity of job_grades and the startup import message.
There is no general-purpose phone control for choosing arbitrary jobs or grades. Public jobs must be listed explicitly in Config.Openings.
Clocking out or switching is refused
Wait for the configured switch cooldown, defaulting to eight seconds after a successful change. Check whether the active job appears in Config.DutyLock, and make sure Config.OffDutyJob exists in the framework.
Quit job is unavailable
The job may be protected by Config.Locked or Config.DutyLock. Quitting removes a saved role; clocking out keeps it for later. These actions follow different rules.
The pay ring updates but the bank balance does not
The default paycheck mode is track. It records configured salary cycles without paying money. The ring is not proof of a framework bank transfer. See Paycheck modes.
Players receive two salary payments
If Config.Paycheck.mode = 'pay', this resource pays salary itself. Disable the framework's overlapping paycheck, or use track here when the framework remains responsible for paying.
Society balance or transfers are unavailable
Confirm the intended society provider started before MultiJob and that a job account exists. ESX uses society_<job>; the other supplied adapters use the job account. society = 'off' disables that integration, and custom needs a completed adapter.
Boss tools are missing or an employee action is refused
Check the held job grade's isboss flag or fallback grade name boss. The general server admin role does not automatically qualify a character as a job boss. The server also prevents managing yourself or an equal/higher rank, and promotions cannot reach the acting boss's grade.
A nearby player cannot be hired
They must remain within Config.HireDistance, defaulting to 12 metres, be connected with a loaded character, not already hold the job, and have a free slot. The framework also needs a non-boss starting grade below the acting boss.
Is the installed resource called sunset or nuiro?
These guides are based on the inspected nurio-multijob implementation, whose phone interface is Employment. Keep that exact installed identifier and its nurio_ SQL/app IDs unless you intentionally migrate them. The storefront product is named Nuiro MultiJob System.
