The machine item does nothing
Check that the item ID matches Config.item and that the folder is named nuiro-vending. For ox_inventory, the item needs client.export = 'nuiro-vending.useMachine' and consume = 0. For other inventories, confirm that the correct framework and inventory started before vending so its usable-item registration could run.
Still loading means client bootstrap data has not arrived yet. Check the server startup log, oxmysql connection, and ox_lib before changing the usable-item code.
The supplier is missing or buys with the wrong account
Check Config.dealer.enabled, the configured ped location/model, and its blip settings. The supplied location is near 46.52, -1749.55, 29.63. The supplier streams when the player is nearby.
With ox_inventory, the supplier opens its inventory shop and takes cash. dealer.account controls the non-ox flow. See Installation.
An item is missing from the owner's stock list
The owner must carry it in the selected inventory. Check the inventory definition, whitelist/blacklist, and machine style. A general machine excludes weapons, ammo, and attachments; a weapons machine excludes general stock. The machine item and cash items are blacklisted in the supplied config.
If an adapter was changed, confirm that it returns correct names, counts, slots, definitions, and metadata. See Custom inventory.
Purchases fail even though the item is visible
Read the error shown in the cabinet. Check stock, enabled state, quantity, allowed payment account, customer funds, and inventory capacity. Test with another character: canBuyOwn = false prevents owners from buying their own stock.
An overdue rent bill can also block the machine. Repeated clicking does not bypass validation.
The machine says weekly rent must be paid
Open VendTrack in LB Phone and pay its bill from the owner's bank account. The cash-box balance is separate and does not pay rent automatically. If this server does not use LB Phone, disable Config.rent.enabled and apply the setting through your normal maintenance process.

VendTrack is missing from the phone
Confirm the resource is lb-phone, both resources are started, the phone/ files exist, and no duplicate app uses the identifier nuiro_vending. Check the client console for registration errors. Config.phone.defaultApp = false means the app is not marked as a default installation; it does not disable registration.
Can owners restock or withdraw from their phone?
No. VendTrack provides monitoring, bill payment, sales history, and GPS. Restocking, prices, branding, withdrawals, and pickup remain at the machine. Phone use does not reset the inactivity timer.
Why does All not empty the cash box?
All is capped by Config.maxWithdraw, which is 25,000 in the supplied config. Withdraw again to collect a larger balance. Payouts go to the bank account.
Items have not returned after pickup or collection
Check available inventory space and the configured adapter. The resource stores pending returns in nuiro_vending_returns and processes them for a loaded owner. Free space and reconnect if needed. Cash-box returns go to the bank, not the inventory cash item.
Do not manually grant duplicates while an existing return is still queued. When requesting support, include the character identifier, machine ID if known, and relevant inventory/server error.
A machine disappeared after inactivity
The supplied timeout is 14 days without opening Service Machine. Customer visits, sales, and phone checks do not count as service visits. Collection returns the machine, unsold stock, and cash-box balance through the persistent queue. inactivityDays = 0 disables automatic collection.
The admin panel refuses access
Use /vendingadmin as a connected player. Check the character's framework group against Config.adminGroups, or grant command.vendingadmin to the intended ACE principal. See Admin permissions.
How do I change the interface size or missing item images?
Adjust Config.ui.scale for cabinet size. For images, check Config.bridge.imagePath, the inventory's image directory, and the actual item image files. Neither setting requires replacing the compiled cabinet interface.
Does vending require Nuiro/Lumix Bridge?
No. The resource contains its own bridge/ adapters and requires ox_lib, oxmysql, a supported framework, and an inventory. LB Phone and a target system are optional integrations as described in Installation.
