Open the staff panel in game with:

/vendingadmin

The command is for a connected player; running it in the server console does not open a UI.

Permissions

Access is checked on the server. The supplied framework groups are:

adminGroups = { 'admin', 'superadmin', 'owner' },

The resource also accepts ACE permissions group.admin, group.superadmin, group.owner, or command.vendingadmin. To grant the command permission to an existing staff principal, for example:

add_ace group.vendingstaff command.vendingadmin allow

That line grants the permission to group.vendingstaff; your server must already assign the intended staff members to that principal. It does not assign staff membership by itself.

Machine list

The panel shows each machine's ID/name, owner, stock and slot count, cash-box balance, and last service activity. Waypoint sets a map destination. Remove requires an inline confirmation.

Removal queues the machine item, unsold stock, and remaining cash-box balance for the original owner. The cash balance returns to the bank. An online owner is offered delivery immediately; otherwise the persistent return queue is processed when the owner loads. Inventory space and adapter behavior can delay item delivery.

Machine-specific listings, categories, sales, withdrawals, totals, and bills are removed with the machine. Removal is collection, not an ownership-transfer tool; there is no ownership-transfer control in this panel.

Inactivity collection

Config.inactivityDays = 14 collects a machine when its owner has not opened Service Machine within the configured number of days. Opening the customer storefront or checking VendTrack does not reset this timer. Set inactivityDays = 0 to disable automatic collection.

The startup collection pass runs after about 45 seconds, then checks run every ten minutes. Collection uses the same queued return path for the item, remaining stock, and cash-box balance.

Staff and location rules

Being able to open the admin panel does not automatically bypass setup restrictions. Config.placement.staffBypass is false by default and is a separate setting.
